Riding students:
- We are still offering virtual lessons for those with their own horses at their private facilities. Please privately arrange virtual lessons with Chauntel.
- We are offering off-farm lessons for those with their own horses at their private facilities, where Chauntel travels to you. Please privately arrange these appointments.
- Horses will be tacked up prior to arrival of students.
- Reins will be personalized to riding students. Students may take their assigned reins home, and are responsible for cleaning them if they choose to take them home.
- Riding students and all other clients must provide their own masks, helmets and gloves. We will no longer be loaning helmets or other personal equipment.
Clients with their own horses:
- Clients with their own horses must bring their own equipment to CSG. If you would like to store anything at our facilities or borrow tack and equipment from us, please arrange with Chauntel privately.
Cleaning and disinfection procedures:
- Cleaning of tack and equipment with soap and water will be completed after lessons.
- Cleaning of facilities (specifically: hygiene stations, visitor log pens, doors and gates) with CDC/state-recommended disinfectants will be completed at the end of the day.
- All cleanings will be recorded in the visitors log.
If we have a visitor that tests positive for COVID-19:
- We will contact the county and health department immediately, and follow their guidance for closure, disinfection, and notifying anyone that may have had close contact or been on site within the same time period.
- We will close down immediately, and attempt to notify everyone of our closure through our website, facebook and instagram.
